Unipol, 2024

Developed within the Brand and Corporate Communication course at IULM University, this project proposed “U-Care,”an integrated initiative designed for the Unipol Group to strengthen the connection between employees, customers, and communities.

The goal was to create a Total Experience that merges employee experience and customer experience through engagement strategies, digital tools, and brand storytelling.

The project aimed to transform Unipol’s people into active brand ambassadors, fostering participation, belonging, and social impact under the claim “United in value, together in change.”

The project combined strategic communication planning, digital experience design, and AI integration to support engagement and participation.

The approach included the development of the U-Care app, a gamified platform to manage events and volunteering activities, and the design of a multi-channel communication plan addressing both internal and external audiences.

Emphasis was placed on data-driven insight, behavioral engagement metrics, and storytelling, aligning Unipol’s brand values with an innovative, people-centered communication model.
